Invoice and payment history can be found in the Salesforce appExchange on the appExchange’s MyAccount page.

A list of apps installed in your environment will be displayed. Click on the ‘More Actions‘ link to view additional options, and click the ‘View Payment History‘ link.
A popup window will appear links to the invoice and payment information.
